As the Executive Director I will ensure that the program runs smoothly, that staff are exceptionally trained to handle all situations and will be readily available to answer your questions.

LICENSOR
As the Licensor, I will walk you through every step of the way, answer all our questions and provide all the information you need to get your license. I will also assist with helping you to understand the important role you will be playing in a foster youth’s life.

CASE MANAGER SUPERVISOR
As case manager, I give youth a voice as they build resiliency, gain independence, and discover their full potential. I advocate and empower the youth in our program, while also working with our foster parents to ensure stability and support.

One of my greatest passions is creating a safe and nurturing environment for youth. I strongly believe in the power of self-advocacy and aim to empower young individuals by teaching them how to advocate for themselves. It is truly inspiring to be part of such an amazing team at BTFC, and I am genuinely excited to witness its continuous growth.

As a case manager, I strive to provide support geared towards what is in the best interest of the foster youth, foster parent, and their families. It’s my mission to encourage youth to advocate for what they want and to grow into their independence. I aspire to be a reliable figure that foster youth feel they are able to depend on and look up to.
